Trial Attorney

Mr. Howser completed his undergraduate studies at San Diego State University earning degrees in Communications and Portuguese in 2005. Mr. Howser attended Southwestern Law School, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2011.

Howser Law is devoted to representing injured workers (Applicants) in Workers’ Compensation claims. Mr. Howser has extensive trial experience and places emphasis on discrediting doctors who write prejudicial reports against injured workers.
